Nikita Mikhailovsky Replaces Alexey Shved On Russian Stars

Avtodor forward Nikita Mikhailovsky will replace Alexey Shved, who continues to recover from an injury, on the Russian Stars.

The 18-year-old Nikita Mikhailovsky is one of the top contenders for the VTB League’s Young Player of the Year.

The Saratov forward was named to the all-tournament team last summer at the European championships, where he led Russia to a 4th-place finish. He also won the DUBL Final Eight MVP last season while playing for Avtodor. 

Nikita Mikhailovsky is the third Avtodor player picked for the All-Star Game in Moscow (Artem Zabelin is also on the Russian Stars; Perrin Buford is on the World Stars).
