The quarterfinals feature CSKA (1) vs. Astana (8), Zenit (2) vs. VEF (7), Khimki (3) vs. Enisey (6) and Lokomotiv-Kuban (4) vs. UNICS (5).
The opening game is on May 1 between Zenit and VEF in St. Petersburg. Other series will begin on May 4 and 5. Games 2 are scheduled for May 3, 6 and 7, while Games 3 will be played May 6, 9 and 10. If necessary, Games 4 and 5 will be played on May 8, 11, 12, 14 and May 11, 14 and 15, respectively.
The semifinals begin on May 24 continuing through June 4, if necessary.
The final series starts on June 7 with future games scheduled for June 9, 12 and, if necessary, June 14 and 17.
