Lokomotiv-Kuban center Frank Elegar will participate in the Slam Dunk Contest at the All-Star Game in St. Petersburg on February 17.
Elegar replaces Zenit’s Drew Gordon, who continues to recover from an injury. Gordon, however, will be able to compete in the All-Star Game.
– I’m excited to be in this event again, – noted Elegar. – I won’t have as much time to prepare something special, so I’m going to improvise. We’ll see what happens.
Frank Elegar participated in the first Slam Dunk Contest in Sochi.

The contest will be held at halftime of the All-Star Game on February 17 in the Yubileyny Sports Palace.
