Two overtimes – only one winner

Guard of Krasnye Krylia Brion Rush slotted the ball in during the last few minutes of the second overtime and brought the game against Budivelnik to win - 90:89.
The most persistent struggle of the week was held in Samara as for both teams it was important to win and continue the struggle for playoffs.
The opponents were worthy of each other and even 40 minutes were not enough to determine the winner. But the teams might avoid overtime as 1.16 minutes before the end of the fourth period after accurate free throws by Aaron Miles the Russians seemed to have got a significant advantage. Nevertheless, during the last seconds Rush missed twice from the free throw line. The Ukrainians took the opportunity and Burenko managed to score a three-pointer simultaneously with the siren.
In the first overtime the situation was the same. At first the Russians gained 4 points advantage and kept it until the American guard of Budivelnyk Jack McClinton scored a three-pointer. And Suad Sehovic leveled the score during the last seconds - 80:80 - and another overtime.
Fortunately - the last one ended properly: it was thrilling and nontrivial. Budivelnyk had a good chance of winning after successful attacks by Zach Morley and Dmytro Zabirchenko and Sehovic - 89:87 the visitors were ahead 10 seconds before the end of the match.
But Budivelnik failed to realize all free throws, and Rush four seconds before the end scored accurate triumphal three-pointer.
The meeting ended with the score - 90:89 in favor of Krasnye Krylia. The most productive players in Krasnye Krylia became Dragan Labovic (19 points 9 rebounds) 17 points and Aaron Miles 6 rebounds and 6 assists. In Budivelnik - Suad Sehovic (26 points).
